Freeway – Throw Your Hands Up (Prod. Jake One)

Ignore the generic track title for the moment and have a listen to one of the better tracks of 2010 and certainly one of the best beats. Freeway is far from one of my favourite rappers; his lyrics are usually generic and rather uninspired. However he does have one of the better delivery’s in Hip-Hop and a great flow which is only emphasised by the this hard hitting Jake One production. Jake One produced the entire Freeway album that this track is from, The Stimulus Package, and in doing so signalled himself as one of the best current Hip-Hop producers.

9/10
If you enjoyed this I’d recommend checking out the album, The Stimulus Package.
